The hotel has a lovely bath and shower in the rooms, despite some slight disruption due to the multiple swing doors to pass through. The location is great and within walking distance to where I needed to go, making me feel truly welcome by the reception staff upon my arrival.
The hotel offers good value for the price with well-furnished rooms and sufficient tea/coffee supplies, although the room can get stuffy due to the kitchen extractor fan noise. The service is decent with friendly staff, and the location is comfortable for exploration, but some staff may need customer service training. The dining experience is a mix of good value and cold dishes, and the facilities are standard with room for improvement.
The hotel was conveniently located in Kings Lynn, close to most tourist attractions and food outlets, offering a comfortable stay with friendly staff. However, there were some noise issues in the room at 1 am and a need for improvements in customer service.
